European Metal Additive Manufacturing Design Technician Qualification Standard

The qualification standard describes a new European Qualification for Additive Manufa turing which is based on innovative learning paradigms and tools (i.e. learner-centered and use of learning outcomes) and following a flexible and modular structure.

In addition, the use of harmonized learning outcomes standard, underpinned by strong quality assurance system (EWF AM European Qualification System), will foster the recognition and mobility of this professionals across Europe.

European Metal AM Design Technician Training Guide for Teachers and Trainers

The guide is designed for Trainers and Teachers, in order to capacitate them to deliver the new EMAM- DT Qualification /Course through a set of innovative tools for training.

This training guide is based on learner-centered approach and includes AM and Design innovative and interactive learning activities, such as Lesson Planning, Teaching Methods, Evaluating Teaching and Case Studies.

European Metal AM Design Technicians League Rules

The rules document describes the necessary steps to develop a competition for this qualification. It contains the definition of the rules for the implementation of this competition, in order to guarantee the alignment of the European Metal Additive Manufacturing Design Technicians League with the national and European Skills Competitions.

The European Metal Additive Manufacturing Design Technicians Leagues will be contributing for measuring the effectiveness of professional training provided by the different Training Centres, while simultaneously inducing factors of increasing quality, innovation and creativity in the teaching-learning processes.

Practical Guide for integration of European Qualifications in National Qualifications Frameworks/Systems

The Practical Guide documents addresses the integration of European Qualifications in National Qualifications Frameworks/Systems. It is meant to support VET providers and National Qualifications Agencies within the recognition and alignment process of the European Metal AM Design Technicians Qualification in different VET System across Europe.

The Guide focus on the required alignment steps and tools (NQF, EQF) to guarantee that the European Technical Qualifications can be implemented and recognized.
